The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was very good, had lots of options. The staff was fabulously helpful, caring, and responded promptly to requests.

Its location is marvellous, adjacent to a new restaurant as well as beautiful betanzos. Moreover, it's just a short walk away from an enduring park.

Nothing to complain about, we spent a brilliant time here. Really enjoyed central heating, television and a writing desk in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful lot of the time. Location: the hotel was next to the center of Betanzos, and the main square in Betanzos. Tried some nice meals at Vorixo Restaurante, located minutes from the property.

The room was neat and new-fashioned with a comfortable bed, we stayed in all day. Air conditioning, WiFi, and coffee were appreciated.

The staff at this hotel were simply amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and offered a refreshing fruit-infused tea - a nice touch after a long day of travel. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the central plaza. It was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep. Another great perk was the 24-hour espresso machine in the lobby - perfect for my caffeine fix anytime I needed it. the service and amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch.

The lack of privacy in the rooms due to sheer curtains. It made it difficult to darken the room at night, but luckily the streets were quiet, so it didn't affect my sleep too much.

Convenient location, close to the main square and restaurants. The accommodations are modern and pleasant. Everything was so easy, and we had a great time. 🌟

The staff were absolutely AMAZING, especially the receptionist who was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a perfect location near the main square. The secure underground parking was a real plus. Betanzos is a delightful town and I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, bright, pretty and right near the main square. We went to the festival of San Roque and were able to walk back and forth. The front desk staff speak very good english.
